Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re far too busy working on your web site or developing your web applications, you hardly ever have enough time to monitor what is going on with the virtual server – if it is under stress or if all the services are running the way you expect them to. With our Optional Managed Services solution, we’ll do that instead of you. Your Virtual Private Server will be included in a custom–made monitoring system and anytime there is a sign of a problem, our server admins will be informed right away.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of your hosted content is necessary – you never know when something would go wrong. And using the Optional Managed Services option, you can enjoy regular backups of your whole VPS, not only of your content, without you having to set up or configure anything. Last but not least the backup copies are always stored on a server with numerous RAID–configured hard drives. It means that your content will always be protected, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you an almost infinite number of options, you will often have to install additional software applications. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting service can comes in real handy. It’s an integral part of our Optional Managed Services package, which allows you to call for any of our knowledgeable system administrators to install and set up any kind of software application and to fix any trouble that you are experiencing with the VPS.

Our Optional Managed Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. It is an add–on for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
