Catch-all Emails in Cloud Hosting
In case you host a domain on our cloud platform and you’ve got a cloud hosting account, you’ll be able to enable the catch-all feature for any email mailbox that you set up under the domain. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel comes with quite a lot of functions, but it is astonishingly intuitive, so configuring a catch-all mailbox requires just a click. All the email addresses that you have will be displayed in this section alphabetically and you’ll just have to click the "Catch-all" button pertaining to the concrete address. Our system will alert you if there is already another catch-all mailbox activated for that domain or if the one that you’d like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding activated, so you can either disable the latter feature or choose a different mailbox. Disabling the catch-all option is just as simple and requires one more mouse click on the same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all option can be enabled without effort if you have a semi-dedicated server account with our company. All the email addresses that you’ve created using the domains hosted in the account will be listed in the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you will notice a tiny icon handily located directly next to each one of them. With only one click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choosing provided that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain with the option already activated and there isn't active email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate this option using the menu that will show up. In case any of the prerequisites for configuring a catch-all mailbox is not answered, our system will let you know, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
